# Why do I need at least 50 words to use the Humanizer?

Our platform requires a **minimum of 50 words** to process any text through the Humanizer.

If your input is shorter than that, the system will stop and prompt you to enter more words. When this happens, no words are deducted from your balance, and it’s not a system error. It’s just a built-in safeguard to maintain functionality and performance.
