# When will my Walter Writes renewal credits appear?

Your credits will appear **once the renewal payment is processed successfully**. Here’s how it works:

* On your renewal date, our system attempts to charge your card. This charge can happen at any time during the day, we don’t control the exact hour.
* Credits are only added once the payment has gone through successfully.
* If your payment is still pending or delayed (e.g., due to your bank), your credits won’t be issued.
* If the charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your credits won’t be issued and you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your payment info.

|| If you don’t see your credits right away on your renewal date, there’s no need to worry. You’ll receive them as soon as the payment is completed and confirmed.
