When will my renewal credits appear?

Your credits will appear once the renewal payment is processed successfully. Here’s how it works:

On your renewal date, our system attempts to charge your card. This charge can happen at any time during the day, we don’t control the exact hour.
Credits are only added once the payment has gone through successfully.
If your payment is still pending or delayed (e.g., due to your bank), your credits won’t be issued.
If the charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your credits won’t be issued and you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your payment info.

If you don’t see your credits right away on your renewal date, there’s no need to worry. You’ll receive them as soon as the payment is completed and confirmed.
