# What happens when I run out of words?

Each plan on Walter Writes AI comes with a monthly word allowance:

* **Starter**: 30,000 words/month
* **Pro**: 70,000 words/month
* **Elite**: 200,000 words/month
* **Team**: 500,000 words/month

If you reach your monthly word limit, access will be paused until your next billing cycle starts.

**Need more words now?**
You can upgrade your plan anytime and only pay a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period.
