Can I get a refund?


Do you offer refunds if I’m unhappy with the platform or the text?


No. Walter Writes AI is an instant-use digital service. When you humanize text with us, the processing happens right away. This is similar to buying and downloading music or ordering a custom print, there’s nothing to “return” once delivered.


Because of this, we don’t offer refunds simply for:

  • Not liking the results
  • Failing a plagiarism or AI detection test
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal



⚠️ Please review your purchase carefully before checking out. This is also why we offer free credits to test Walter Writes AI before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to try those first and check you’re selecting the right plan and word count for your needs.



When can I get a refund?


We have a refund policy for new users. To qualify for a refund:

  • You must request it within 3 days of signing up.
  • You must have used 1,500 words or less during that time.
  • It must be your first-ever subscription to Walter Writes AI.



⚠️ All subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. It’s your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.



How do I request a refund?


If you are a new user and qualify for a refund based on the terms outlined, email us at support@walterwrites.ai. Please include:

  • The email address on your Walter Writes AI account
  • A brief note about why you’re requesting a refund


⚠️ We review all requests carefully and will reply within 2 business days. We reserve the right to decline refunds if we believe someone is attempting to take unfair advantage of this policy.
