Can I get a refund?
Do you offer refunds if I’m unhappy with the platform or the text?
No. Walter Writes AI is an instant-use digital service. When you humanize text with us, the processing happens right away. This is similar to buying and downloading music or ordering a custom print, there’s nothing to “return” once delivered.
Because of this, we don’t offer refunds simply for:
- Not liking the results
- Failing a plagiarism or AI detection test
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
When can I get a refund?
We have a refund policy for new users. To qualify for a refund:
- You must request it within 3 days of signing up.
- You must have used 1,500 words or less during that time.
- It must be your first-ever subscription to Walter Writes AI.
How do I request a refund?

- A brief note about why you’re requesting a refund
